Priority Application Deadlines

Student Housing maintains the same priority deadlines for current and future residents to complete their leasing process.

Renewal Intentions: Current residents may extend their housing agreement in the following ways:

  • The next quarter | If they only hold a quarter only agreement.
  • The next academic year

Important: 

  • Residents who do not complete their renewal leasing process by the Priority Deadline may still renewal their housing agreement but may be relocated to a new room assignment if space is available.
  • Current residents who hold a quarter only housing agreement can only modify their agreement in Winter and Spring Quarters to reflect an Academic Year Agreement.

Future Residents: Future residents must complete their housing leasing process by the deadline. This includes completing their housing application, successfully paying their housing application fee, and completing their E-Sign leasing agreement.

Renewal Priority Deadline: May 9, 2025 (Current Residents Only)

Application and Renewal Priority Deadline: May 23, 2025

Summer Quarter 2025 Housing is available to eligible student who meet the following:

  1. Have a signed Student Housing agreement for the 2024-2025 academic year
  2. Will complete their coursework at GRC during Summer Quarter 2024
  3. Have a summer job or academic internship at GRC
