Unit Cleanliness
Cleanliness Before You Move In
All units that have a new resident will have a general cleaning of the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen as well as the empty bedrooms by our professional cleaning company. It is the responsibility of the current residents to maintain this cleaning until the new resident has moved in. It is the new resident's responsibility to report any problems at the time they move-in.
All new residents are encouraged to complete their on-line Unit Inspection within their MyHousing portal dashboard within five days of moving in.
Unit Cleanliness Expectations for All Residents

Each month, our professional cleaning company will clean the common area stairwell and landings that are difficult to clean without a portable vacuum.
