Josh Archer

Program Director and Software Development Instructor

Josh has taught Computer Science and Web Development since 2011. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Systems from the University of Washington, and a master's degree in Computer Science, also from the University of Washington, and is also a Certified ScrumMaster. His primary interests include web development, data analysis, algorithms, artificial intelligence, and discrete math.

Tina Ostrander

Software Development Instructor

Tina has taught as a Computer Science and Information Systems instructor for 20 years. She earned her Bachelor's from the University of Washington in Cognitive Science, her Master of Arts in Theology from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Technology from Regis University. Having developed websites for organizations with thousands of users, she brings a wealth of experience to the classroom. Her primary professional interests include women in technology, database systems, and Agile development methods. Tina is a Certified ScrumMaster.

Auberon Lopez

Software Development Instructor

Auberon has more than a decade of software development experience and holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. They have worked as a software engineer, research scientist, and interview engineer in domains including finance, logistics, and genomics. Auberon is passionate about expanding the availability of software development education and reimagining the culture of the tech industry. Their research interests include machine learning, natural language processing, and serverless architectures.

Susan Uland

Software Development Instructor

Susan has over a decade of software development experience in diverse environments such as manufacturing, research and development, oil and gas, health care, education, and developer tools. She gained this experience by working in large corporations and by starting up a small software development company. Susan also has over ten years of experience teaching computer science and mathematics courses and is a self-professed lifelong learner. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Virginia, a Master of Secondary Education from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master of Science in Statistics with an emphasis on Biostatistics and Bioinformatics from the Texas A&M University. Her current interests are on promoting diversity in the tech industry, computer science education, network and cloud computing, and data science.

Tyler Schrock

Software Development Instructor

Tyler has more than a decade of programming and web development experience. He gained this experience while working as an IT professional, freelance developer and working in higher education as both a member of faculty and staff. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Malone University and a Masters of Business Administration from Waynesburg University. His current interests include strategic problem solving, website design and development, and partner & group programming.

Andy Orr

Program Manager

Andy (BA, MA, Certified ScrumMaster) has over 15 years of project and program management experience in higher education, and has served as Program Manager for Green River's BAS in Software Development since 2014. He's also a data analytics enthusiast and content developer who is passionate about innovating in the community college baccalaureate space. His primary interests include data analytics, digital marketing, and helping students with non-technical backgrounds find a new start in tech.
