Current Students can check their enrollment date in your MyGreenRiver portal to determine when you can start registering for classes. 

SPring quarter Drop in hours

The Career and Advising Center will be on a drop-in basis starting March 27th, 2025 through April 3rd, 2025 both in person (in the Student Affairs building, Room 104) and also virtually at www.greenriver.edu/va - you will want to connect to the Career and Advising Center. 

Additionally, we will have in person drop-ins on Friday April 4th in-person only.

I am a transfer student, I have attended a college other than Green River and have previous credits I would like to have applied towards my degree here.

Before meeting with an advisor, students should:

  • Apply to Green River 
  • Have official transcripts from previous colleges reviewed by connecting with your previous institution(s) to have official transcripts sent to Green River for evaluation.  
    • Visit any previous institution's website for information on how to request transcripts to be sent. 
    • Official transcripts should be sent to: 
      • Auburn, WA, 98092-3622 
        Office of the Registrar 
        12401 SE 320th Street 
    • Students must also complete the Transcript Evaluation Request Form in order for our Office of the Registrar to apply any eligible credits towards your degree. Results of your evaluation will be posted to your ctcLink account in approximately four weeks. 

  • Determine your placement for English and/or Math  Students who have not completed English and/or math previously should take the placement assessment. 
    • Students who have completed English and/or math at another institution should submit their unofficial transcript to the secure document upload page to be reviewed. 
  • Schedule with an advisor, using the options below based on your program of study.
