Microsoft Teams Help

Microsoft Teams is the primary collaboration tool at GRC. It allows GRC staff and students to chat, share files, make phone calls, hold meetings, and more.

Please be sure to keep membership in Teams appropriate to the user’s role at GRC and remove a user if they no longer need access to the team.

Please be sure to share files only with appropriate users.

The best source of help for Microsoft Teams is found within Teams itself. Just sign into Teams (in the app or in a browser at https://teams.microsoft.com) and to the right of the search bar click on the three dots to open up a menu. Select the menu option for the desired assistance.
