Financial Aid Refund

Green River College utilizes BankMobile Disbursements, a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc. to deliver your remaining financial aid funds after your tuition has been paid.

Change/Verify Email & Mailing Address

Please make sure Green River College has an accessible email and your current mailing address on file to prevent delays in receive your financial aid refund and to keep your aid secure.

You can view what email address is currently on file with the college and update it yourself in ctcLink by selecting the Profile tile in the Student Homepage. Approximately 1 week after you receive your financial aid offer letter, instructions about how to select your refund preference with BankMobile Disbursements will be emailed to you using your preferred email selected in ctcLink, not necessarily your student email.

If you have received financial aid from Green River College in the past and have already selected a refund preference, please log-into your BankMobile Disbursements Profile online to update any outdated information. Updates to your information made in ctcLink will not automatically update with BankMobile Disbursements.
