Is this your first year in Running Start? Do you still need an ed plan, or at least want to get started on one? This workshop can help you break down the elements of an education plan so you can take a first few steps independently. Running Start advisors will provide guidance on how to interpret course listings, complete high school graduation requirements, and other general degree planning essentials. This will be in a computer lab and you will have the opportunity to start an ed plan. Please sign up! Your advisor will not necessarily be in attendance, but you should still come!
Here's what you'll learn at the Ed Planning 101 Workshop:
- The different types of degrees available at GRC and how to choose the right one for you
- How to make sure the classes you take work for high school and your degree
- Start on an ed plan, learning the basics of researching your major
