No-Show Replacement Procedure

Beginning the first day of the quarter, faculty may replace students who are not in attendance and add students from the waitlist who are attending the class. The student not attending will be withdrawn from the class and notified via preferred e-mail. 

If you think you will miss the first class session, be sure to notify your instructor(s). You can find your instructor's contact information here.  

Procedure:   

  • The instructor will complete, sign and date the form, or submit an online request.
  • The student who wishes to enroll in the class must process the No-Show Replacement form with the Office of the Registrar within 24-hours of the instructor's signature and date. 
  • The instructor may post-date a form if necessary.
  • Students who obtain a No-Show Replacement form must be prepared to pay in full the same day.
