Learn German at GRC
RC is proud to offer the first year German sequence as well as our German Life and Culture course (German 128). Classes are offered in a variety of formats (face-to-face or virtual) with both daytime and evening courses. All German classes use a free textbook or low-cost texts (under $50). Classes focus on conversation skills, accent reduction, essential structures, and culture. Taking the complete series of classes (German 121, German 122, and German 123) not only helps students become multilingual and culturally aware, but also gives them the opportunity to become part of our tightknit German Gator community.
Speaking German helps students be more competitive candidates in many fields (manufacturing, research, sustainability, tourism, international relations, etc.). Students who pass the German proficiency exam and meet academic requirements can attend a German university tuition-free. Choose German for your academic, professional, and personal goals.
