Tim Broxholm, Faculty

Tim Broxholm is a self-described "Edu-preneur" who is driven to: add value, contribute to excellence, and make a positive impact on his students. As a former HR Director and current consultant, author, entrepreneur, and investor Tim utilizes his expertise to help students develop the necessary competencies and connections to excel in the world of work. Tim is known for his innovative teaching methods, he partners with one of the country's leading learning science companies to innovate and develop the next generation of learning products.

Tim holds a Masters of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University and a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from The University of Portland.

Jeff Perlot, Faculty

Jeff Perlot has taught business management, marketing, and entrepreneurship courses at Green River for over 10 years. During that time, he also spent 4 years as a counselor for Green River's Small Business Development Center. Outside of Green River, Jeff's recent work includes leading the development of digital-only Introduction to Business and Contemporary Marketing products for a major publisher; and development of a sports nutrition product that is routinely among the bestsellers on Amazon.com.
Jeff's main areas of interest are:

When Jeff is not working, he can be found hanging out with his family, hiking, doing high-intensity interval training, and getting mocked for his ridiculously clean diet.

R.J. Amador, Faculty

R. J. Amador is a California native, entrepreneur, career consultant, and environmental policy specialist. Ask him about making glue out of recycled Styrofoam! R.J. is also an officer in the US Navy reserve, leading teams of specialized personnel in mission critical efforts.

R.J. holds a bachelor's degree in International Studies with specialization in Latin America, and a minor in Management from the University of California, Irvine, and a master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Cambridge, where he focused on the uptake of renewable energy and energy efficiency systems globally.

Nicole Harris, Faculty

Nicole graduated from the University of Washington Master of Professional Accounting program with a concentration in taxation. Upon completing her master's degree, Nicole continued her career in career in public accounting at Sweeney Conrad, LLP. She was later recruited by one of the 4 largest public accounting firms in the nation, KPMG. KPMG offered a much more challenging work environment and diverse clientele. At KPMG, Nicole focused her work on corporate taxation, large partnership compliance work, research and development credit studies and various tax consulting and provision projects. She loves reading, hiking and taking dance classes in her spare time.
