APEX assists small businesses to find, bid on, and win government contracts by offering free individual counseling services, workshops, and other support services to Washington State based businesses. Funded in part through a cooperative agreement with the Department of Defense (DOD) through a program that is administered by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA).
