SUSI 2015
Within one month of returning home from the US, Aitegin organized a mini SUSI program for young men and women in Kyrgyzstan. Inspired by what she learnt about women's leadership and servant leadership, Aitegin invited 46 young people to participate in a series of three training sessions over three months. Each month, the group gathered to learn and discuss material related to the role of women in history, in the modern world, in the family, in politics and business, and their position in society. Participants also learned about the importance of giving back and preserving the environment through an environmental service activity. Aitegin was very happy to share her knowledge and inspire other young people to follow their dreams and make a difference in the world.
