🌟Important Notice: Updates on Financial Aid Support🌟
Great news! We are working hard and making progress on getting aid applications reviewed and awarded for the 2024-25 school year.
💰Winter Quarter Aid:
If you're enrolled for Winter classes, we're prioritizing your financial aid to ensure
you're supported for the upcoming quarter. To avoid having your classes dropped due
to non-payment, applications submitted before October 31st will receive a Tuition Deferred hold. Our team is working quickly to process your Winter aid so you can focus on your
academic goals.
🔍To Do List:
Need to check if anything is required from you? Head to the "Tasks" section on your
ctcLink home page for any updates. We’re continuously working to update the To Do
List items, so please be aware it may take 5-7 business days for your submitted items
to show as completed. Not everyone will need to submit additional documents, but if
you do, we’ll notify you promptly once we receive your aid application.
📋FAFSA and WASFA Help:
Need assistance with your FAFSA or WASFA application for the 2024-25 or 2025-26 school
years? We’ll be hosting help events at SA149 during the following times:
- December 11, 10am - 12pm
- December 17, 5pm - 7pm
If you are unable to attend our FAFSA/WASFA workshop, you may schedule an appointment for FAFSA/WASFA application assistance here: FAFSA/WASFA Appointments
Winter Availability:
During Winter quarter, expect our office to reply to emails within 7-10 business days. Please note that our
office will close for phone support from December 16th to December 27th. We will resume regular phone hours after that break. Here’s how you can reach us:
- In Person: No appointment needed. Visit us Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, and Friday, 9:30am-12pm at Student Affairs SA231.
- By Phone: Phone support will be closed from December 16th-27th. Regular hours are Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm, and Friday, 10am-12pm at (253) 288-3392.
