Multiple Event Spaces to Choose From

We offer a selection of indoor and outdoor event spaces across our campus.

Rental rates are per day and include 8 consecutive hours on site (2 hours set-up, 5 hours event time, 1 hour take-away). All rentals include room set-up, tables, chairs, free parking, high speed Wi-Fi, and each room's audio-visual technology. All rooms are equipped with projector, whiteboard, and computer/laptop workstation. 

Hybrid and virtual event services are available in all of our spaces.

  • The Grand Hall (500 Capacity) Starting at $2500

Modern architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and an open floor plan, this expansive banquet hall is equipped with a professional stage and state-of-the-art technology.  Perfect for weddings, fundraisers, auctions, galas, performances, large conferences, and any special event.

  • Cascade Hall (300 Capacity) Starting at $2300

Banquet hall with rustic elegance and an open floor plan. Professional stage, state-of-the-art audio-visual equipment. Ideal for performances, reunions, birthdays, receptions, conferences, parties, and more.

External catering allowed.

  • River Room (100 Capacity) Starting at $800

Intimate space with flexibility to host social or business functions. Equipped with computer, projector, monitors, and built-in cameras for virtual and hybrid events.

Not available to rent on the weekends unless the Grand Hall is unoccupied.

  • Pine, Noble, and Willow Rooms (Capacity 100)

    • Single $150, Double $200, Combined $250

Rooms can be used individually or combined into a larger conference room. 

  • Emerald City Room (Capacity 60) Starting at $325
