Filming and Film Production
If a video camera was used in a classroom, you can request we burn DVDs of the videos you record or upload them to our server to be viewed online. For special events, such as special presentations put on by divisions or major campus occasions, we can film the event personally.
Non-marketing related special filming projects, such as instructional aids and demonstration videos for online classes, are also possible. If you'd like to create this sort of film, please contact us so we can set up a meeting.
Requesting filming services? Please provide the following:
- Name of the individual borrowing the equipment
- Type of service (filming)
- The day, time and duration
- The day and time it is required to be finished and the end product returned

Overhead Projector and Screen Maintenance
Many classrooms have overhead projectors (not ceiling-mounted data projectors) and nearly all have screens. If you have a problem with the overhead projector or screen, please call the Media Center (ext. 2108) for service.
Video Conferencing
With the market for capable employees expanding to a global level, we've acquired the capability of setting up video conferencing for interviews using Skype, WebEx, and similar programs. If you would like to setup a web interview, please email Media Services with the details, including the person's Skype username if you are using that platform.
Video Digitization
If you teach an online class, we can digitize any films you need and place them on a secure webserver for your class to view. These videos may only be used for an online class, in accordance with the TEACH Act. Please contact Media Services for more information on this vital service.
