Part-Time Online LPN Application

Due by 4 pm on March 15th

Accessing this application form requires logging in with your Green River student email. If you don’t yet have a student email, you’ll need to first apply to the college. If you applied to Green River prior to April 1, 2024, you will need to reapply in order to receive a student email.

To be eligible for the part-time online LPN program, applicants must have completed all nine prerequisite courses before submitting their application. Applications from individuals who are still completing prerequisites at the time of submission will not be considered.

The Summer 2025 part-time online LPN program will not offer an MA to LPN pathway. MAs are still welcome to apply, but they will not receive credit for prior learning.

Application Requirements

  1. Complete All Prerequisite Coursework
Each course must be completed with a minimum grade of 2.5 or higher, and an overall cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher for all prerequisite courses. Our admissions process awards points for completed prerequisites, and those in progress cannot be granted points. This means that your application may be considered less competitive compared to candidates who have completed all their prerequisites by the time of application submission.
