Divine Court vs Campus Corner Apartments

Distance and Location
  • Divine Court is centrally located in town and close to many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities, and the local train station for trips to Seattle. It is a 15–20 minute bus ride to get to GRC campus.
  • CCA is on campus so it’s very convenient for classes and activities on campus. Otherwise, it is an entirely residential area, so you need to take a bus or shuttle to get to other amenities.
Contract Length
  • Divine Court offers quarter length contracts. Students can renew their agreements and stay longer, but there isn’t the same discount as CCA.
  • CCA offers a single quarter contract, or an academic year contract. Students who sign a full year contract receive a reduced rent.
Sharing
  • All the rooms at Divine Court are shared sleeping areas. This means a 2 bedroom would have 4 residents. The 1 bedroom and studio apartments would each have 2 residents. The 1 and 2 bedrooms still have separate living areas.
  • CCA is all the same style of 4-bedroom apartments. Each resident does have a private bedroom and then shares the rest of the apartment with 3 other people.
Layout
  • Divine Court is a self-contained building.  There is a single, secured entrance into the building.  Each apartment then has its own secure entrance inside.  This means you can access the common area lounge, mail area, and fitness center without leaving the building itself.
  • CCA is an apartment complex.  Each apartment has its own door to the outside.  The common lounge, mail, and laundry are nearby, but in a separate building.
Laundry
  • Divine Court has laundry machines inside each apartment that are free to use.
  • Laundry at CCA is about $3 per load to wash and it’s one central laundry room for the whole complex.
Divine Court Monthly Rent
  • 2 Bedroom Apartments: $1275 per student
  • 1 Bedroom Apartments: $1250 per student
  • Regular Studios: $1225 per student
  • Small Studios: $1175 per student.
CCA Pricing
  • Beginning Fall 2024:
  • Single Quarter: $1024 per month
  • Academic Year: $940 per month
