The Gator Pantry exists to provide free food assistance to students on a temporary basis and connects them to longer-term resources in the community.
About the Pantry
All students are invited to stop by the Gator Pantry, which serves to address short term food insecurity here on campus. For individuals facing long term food insecurity, please schedule an appointment with the United Way Student Benefits Hub coach to explore additional options.
Who: Open to all Green River students in need of a little extra food.
Where: Student Affairs & Success Center, Rm 122. Outside of office hours check in with Campus Safety, SA 156.
When: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8am to 5pm, Friday 9:30am to 4:30pm (the pantry is closed on Wednesdays for restocking, please talk with a staff member if you have an urgent food concern to get emergency access)
Note: Green River College will be closed on January 20th for the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday
