EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM
Institutional Work Grant Employment Authorization forms must be signed by all parties, including budget authorities. The Dean of Student Life must authorize Institutional Work Grant hires for all student programs outside of Academic Divisions. Academic Division’s Chair and Dean must authorize Institution Work Grant hires for Instruction. STUDENT EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION
It is each supervisors responsibility to develop an interview process that best fits the deparment needs. It is imporatant to keep interivew process consistent and interview questions relevant to the job and qualificaitons. A Job application will be required in addition to resume or any other applicant material at the time of hire.

STUDENT EMPLOYMENT CLOSURE REPORT
Supervisors must contact the student employment specialist when a student worker leaves a position. The Student Employment Closure Report is completed to document the separation.

- All supervisors must complete yearly Student Employment Supervisor Training before making a job offer.
