Got questions about your 2023-24 application? Awesome! Our doors are wide open for you to swing by and get the support you need. You can come in anytime for a quick chat or to drop off your paperwork. No appointments needed!
📧 Emails:
Sending us an email about your 2023-24 application? You betcha! We're here to respond and lend a helping hand. Shoot us a message, and we'll get back to you in 7 to 10 days!
❌ Phone Support:
Just a heads-up, our phone lines are taking a break for a bit, between May 13th and May 24th. But don't worry, we're still here for you through email and drop-in visits.
🚫 2024-25 Applications:
Planning ahead for 2024-25? While we won't be responding to emails about next year's applications just yet, don't sweat it! We'll be back in touch when the time is right.
📝 FAFSA and WASFA Help:
Need a hand with your FAFSA or WASFA? Mark your calendars! We've got special drop-in events happening where you can get one-on-one assistance. These will be on May 9th 5pm - 8pm, May 13th 12pm - 2pm, and May 22nd 10am - 12pm in the SA149 computer lab. Come by for help with completing your application or submitting corrections.

Financial Aid Office Availability
In order to work on processing aid applications for 2024-25, the Financial Aid Office will have dedicated processing time during these dates: May 13-24, June 10-28, and August 19-30. For more information on what this means, check the FAFSA Simplification page.
How can I check on the status of my aid?
Check your email along with the Tasks, Message Center, and Financial Aid tiles in your student homepage in ctcLink for updates on your financial aid. We will not be able to start processing applications and sending out aid offers for the 2024-25 aid year until late June. Contact our office if you have questions about the status of your 2023-24 application.
2024-2025 FAFSA/WASFA now available!
Renew your FAFSA/WASFA for the 2024-25 award year. This includes Summer 2024, Fall 2024, Winter 2025, Spring 2025.
