Lisa Lyman
International Student Advisor (Part-Time)
Lisa is a Pacific Northwest native, having grown up in Oregon before attending college in Washington. Prior to working at Green River, she has worked in international programs at Cascadia College, University of Washington Bothell, and North Seattle Community College. Lisa loves to travel, and her passion for international education started when she studied abroad in Cameroon and France during college. Lisa earned her BA in Anthropology with a minor in French from the University of Puget Sound, and her M.Ed. from Seattle University. In her free time Lisa enjoys playing the flute and taking walks to the park with her young daughter. As an advisor she works with students to support their immigration status, academic studies, and cultural adjustment to the U.S.
