Flexible Contract and Payment Options for On Campus Housing

We offer a variety of contract options to give you more flexibility with your housing options.

Full Year 12 month contract fall, winter, spring, and summer $1,785 per quarter if paid quarterly OR $595 per month if paid monthly
Quarterly 1 quarter contract fall, winter, spring, and summer $1,985 paid quarterly only

Move-in Dates

Winter 2010: December 27

Spring 2011: March 21

Summer 2011: June 15

Students arriving early will need to make hotel arrangements until the designated move-in date.
