Housing Application Requirements

Completion of the Housing section on the International Student Admission form and appropriate fees are required for placement.

Students requesting Campus Corner Apartments must submit:

  1. $300 Housing placement fee

Students requesting Homestay or Homeshare must submit:

  1. $300 Housing placement fee

Placements

Placements for our most popular housing option, Campus Corner Apartments, are made on a first come, first served basis. Early planning and application are necessary. It is important to submit all materials in order for an apartment to be secured.

Placements in Homestay and Homeshare are made four (4) weeks prior to the published quarterly move-in date.

Here's what happens next:

Campus Corner Apartments...

  1. Students must be at least 17 years old on move-in date
  2. Student submits $300 Housing placement fee
  3. Student placed on next quarter waiting list
  4. Student submits arrival information to Green River
  5. Green River confirms airport pick-up
  6. Student receives final confirmation of placement in Campus Corner Apartments

Homestay and Homeshare...

  1. Student submits $300 Housing placement fee
  2. Green River sends placement information via email (if available) or fax
  3. Student submits arrival information to Green River
  4. Green River confirms airport pick-up
