Public Notice of NWCCU Accreditation Visit to Green River College (April 29-May 1, 2020)

The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) will perform a comprehensive accreditation evaluation visit to Green River College on April 29-May 1, 2020. The NWCCU evaluation team will meet with Green River students, faculty, staff and board of trustee members to evaluate the college's compliance with NWCCU accreditation standards and policies.

The Helen S. Smith Gallery at Green River College will open “Sin Tìtulo: Artist’s Portfolio Student Exhibition" Nov. 14 in the Holman Library with a reception scheduled from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 5.

The Helen S. Smith Gallery at Green River College will open “Evanescence: Neil Berkowitz, Thelma Harris and Lisa Parsons” Feb. 14 in the Holman Library. The exhibition runs through March 14 and will feature a closing reception and artist talk from noon to 1 p.m. March 14.

Dr. C. Nicole Mason returns to GRC for Jan. 15-17 leadership series

Author, social justice advocate, and 2018 Opening Day speaker C. Nicole Mason will return to Green River College to lead a three-day series of lectures and workshops focusing on equity, diversity and the power of personal narrative Jan. 15-17.

The Helen S. Smith Gallery at Green River College will open Aisha Harrison's latest exhibition "How it's Held" Sept. 24 in the Holman Library. The exhibition runs through Nov. 8 and will feature a closing reception and artist talk from noon to 1 p.m. on Nov. 8.
