🌟Important Notice: Updates on Financial Aid Support🌟

Great news! The 2023-24 award year has wrapped up, and we're excited to announce that we've begun awarding aid for the 2024-25 year.

💰Summer Quarter Aid:
If you're enrolled in summer classes, rest assured that we're giving priority to your financial aid needs. To ensure your classes aren't dropped due to non-payment, applications submitted before June 1 will receive a Tuition Deferred hold. We're committed to sending out summer aid as quickly as possible to help you achieve your academic goals.

🔍To Do List:
Wondering if there's anything we need from you? Simply check the Tasks section on your ctcLink home page for any updates. Our team is working hard to update the To Do List items promptly. If you've already submitted something, it may take 5-7 business days to show as completed. Not everyone will need to submit additional documents, but if you do, we'll let you know as soon as we receive your aid application.

📋FAFSA and WASFA Help:
Need help with your FAFSA or WASFA application? Join us at our completion support events every Wednesday in July from 10am to noon in SA149. We've also scheduled evening sessions on July 11 and July 25, including Spanish language assistance.

🌞Summer Availability:
During Summer quarter, expect responses to emails within 7-10 business days and replies to voicemails within 5 business days. Please be aware that Green River College is closed on Fridays in July and August. From August 19 to 30, we'll focus on processing files for students enrolled in Fall classes. During this time, our phone and voicemail services will be temporarily closed. If you have questions about your account, please visit our front desk, which will remain open to accept and process any documentation you need to submit.
