Winter Quarter: Airport Pickup
We look forward to welcoming our new winter quarter students! Please note that the move-in date is December 26th. If you applied for Green River housing, please email housing@greenriver.edu when you have your flight information so that we can arrange airport pickup.
Note that there is no airport pickup between 9:00pm and 9am. Also, due to the holidays there is no pickup on December 24th or 25th. Students arriving during these times will need to make arrangements to stay at a hotel for the night. Their airport greeter or host family will pick them up the following day.
Hotel and Travel Assistance for Family
If students or family members need assistance with hotel arrangements, please email ipguestservices@greenriver.edu and we would be happy to help you with your reservation. Family members are also invited to join a special orientation for family members. The family orientation includes meeting international programs staff, a campus tour, and a tour of the area around campus.
